Acccordingy, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.42,96,91,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Crores Ninety Six Lakhs and Ninety one Thousand only) towards 2nd instalment for the schemes of Incentives for Industrial Promotion under plan from Budget Estimates provision 2010-11, in supersession of the earlier orders issued in the G.O 2nd read above. 3. The Commissioner of Industries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and adjust the amounts in serial numbers 1 to 5 in the table of Para 3 above to the PD Account No.GA.128 of Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation preferring an adjustment bill with Pay and Accounts Officer. With regard to serial numbers 6,7 and 8 in the table of Para 3 above, the Commissioner of Industries, A.P, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the sanctioned amount for incurring the expenditure under the schemes on D.V bill. He shall furnish the expenditure details /utilization certificates for the entire amount to Government from time to time.4 5.
