U.O.Note No.41/Pensions-1/11-124 dt.7.1.2012. -000- ORDER: In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O.’s first to seventh read above and in view of the request made by the Legislature Dept., in the ref. eighth read above permission is hereby accorded to draw the amount of Rs.437.80 lakhs (Rupees Four crores Thirty Seven lakhs and eighty thousands only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders and subject to obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the financial year 2011-12, towards payment of pension to the Ex-Legislators and widows of Ex-Legislators as during the financial year 2011-12. 2. The Legislature Department shall incur expenditure in this regard under the standing letter of credit and follow the accounting procedure suggested by the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh from time to time and follow the procedure for drawal and disbursement of the said amount. 3. The amounts released at para-1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘2071-Pensions and Other Retirement Benefits-01-Civil–MH-111- Pensions to Legislators- SH (04)-Pensions to Legislators-040-Pensionary Charges-041-Pensions’ on standing Letter of Credit. 4. The Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to issue authorization of the Letter of Credit to the Manager, State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad for the amount released above.
