Whereas, the Public Servants specified below are jointly concerned in a
disciplinary case:

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (1) and (2) of
rule 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,
1991, the disciplinary authority hereby directs:-
(i) that disciplinary action against above said Public Servants shall be taken in
common proceedings.
(ii) that the Principal Secretary to Government, Housing Department, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad shall function as the Disciplinary Authority for the
purpose of the common proceedings and shall be competent to impose the
penalties specified under rule-9 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
(iii) that the procedure prescribed in rules 20 and 21 / rule 22 of the A.P. Civil
Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 shall be followed in the said proceedings.
