Letter received from Global Hospitals, Dated:21.12.2011. 5. Memo No.034255/212/MR/OP-II/11, dated: 24.12.2011. 6. Rc. No. 2479/GCDS/Hyd/2012, Dated: 21-01-2012 for the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary Secretariat, Hyderabad. ORDER: In the reference 2nd cited Sri N. Chandra Rao, Section Officer, Finance Department has stated that he was taken undergo Master Health Checkup treatment on 16.12.2011 at Global Hospitals. The Government have to issued credit letter for his treatment vide reference 3rd cited. The Global Hospitals, Hyderabad has furnished the medical bills an amount of Rs.3,000/- vide reference 4th cited. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny he has agreed to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) . 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to Global Hospitals towards Sri N. Chandra Rao, Section Officer, Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for his treatment as per G.O. Ms.No.74, H.M.&F.W. Dept., Dt. 15-3- 2005. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “2052. Secretariat General Services – 090. Secretariat – S.H. (06) Finance Department –010. Salaries – 17 Medical Reimbursement. 5. Finance (Claims) Department are requested to Credit the payment to the Bank Account through ECS in A/c No.043702000005287, IFSC Code: IOBA0000437, MICR Code: 500020008, Lakdikapool Branch, Indian Overseas Bank, Hyderabad in favour of Global Hospitals Ltd, Hyderabad.
