Subba Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department is nominated as member on the Board of Andhra Pradesh State Remote Sensing Applications Centre, Hyderabad and Sri A. Nageswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department is nominated as member on the Board of Krishna University, Machilipatnam. 2. The Officers are requested to attend the respective Board meetings regularly subject to exigencies of work. They are also requested to ensure that the Audited Accounts of the respective corporation are approved by the general body and sent to Government within six months of the close of every financial year. When there are arrears, the Board must draw up a programme to finalize the Accounts as early as possible. 3. The Officers concerned shall ensure that wherever necessary and required the organizations refers to Government for approval any major policy decisions and relaxations proposed to be applied/implemented by the Organization. The same may be brought to the notice of the concerned Principal Secretary /Secretary of the concerned Department as well as the undersigned. 4. The Officers are requested to furnish the half yearly status report on the Organization which they are nominated to the concerned Secretary / Principal Secretary to Government in the Finance Department and the Administrative Department.
