Read the following:- 1. From Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner Lr.Rc.No.120/2011/E2, Dt: 14.11.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.205, Fin. (Exp. I&C) Dept., dt.20.01.2012. *** ORDER: The Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, Hyderabad in the ref. 1st read above has informed that the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.586, I&C (Sugar) Dept., Dt:18.10.2011 have accorded Administrative Sanction for release of an amount of Rs.20.00 lakhs (Rs.18.lakhs towards Central Share + Rs.2.00 lakhs towards State Share) under Macro Management of Agriculture Scheme in sugarcane crop for the work plan 2010-11, to be implemented during the financial year 2011-12. The amount of Rs.20.00 lakhs released by Government has been released to all the Assistant Cane Commissioners in the State with instructions to identify the demonstration plots/ seed multiplication plots and selection of beneficiaries for implementation of the work plan as per the guidelines duly utilizing the entire allotted amount without any surrender. 2. The Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, Hyderabad has further informed that the funds released by Government are not sufficient to meet the requirements of farmers. The immediate release of balance funds of Rs.20.00 lakhs would help in selection of the beneficiaries before the plantation of sugarcane crop (Planting season commences from November, 2011) and also complete utilization of 1st installment amounts, which enable the Government of India to release 2nd installment funds under the Scheme and he has requested to release the balance amount of Rs.10.00 lakhs towards 2010-11 work plan and Rs.10.00 lakhs towards 2011-12 work plan, the total amounting to Rs.20.00 lakhs (Rs.18.00 lakhs towards Central Share + Rs.2.00 lakhs towards State Share) immediately, for effective implementation of the Revised Macro Management of Agriculture (MMA) Scheme in Sugarcane Crop during 2011-12 financial year. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) (Rs.2.00 lakhs under State share and Rs.18.00 lakhs under Central share) to the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner towards Macro Management of Agriculture under Central and State Share under Plan as per the Budget Release Order issued vide reference 2nd read above.
