Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr Rc.No.2433/A/CDS/2012 dated 19-01-2012 * * * ORDER: In the reference first read above, Sri Ahmed Ali, Office Subordinate, A.H, D.D.&F Deptt. has submitted the medical bills, along with the Essentiality Certificate issued by the Civil surgeon, Civil Dispansary, A.P. Secretariat , Hyderabad and requested the Government for reimbursement of medical expenses for an amount of Rs.3324/-towards investigations and purchase of Medicines prescribed by the Civil Surgeon, Civil Dispansary, A.P Secretariat , Hyderabd from 28-09-2011 to 27-11-2011. In the reference third read above, Civil surgeon, Civil Dispansary, A.P. Secretariat Hyderabad has allowed an amount of Rs.3,162/- in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.74, HM& FW (K1) Dept., dated 15-3-2005 2) Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.3,162- (Rupees Three thousand one Hundred and sixty two only) to Sri Ahmed Ali, Office Subordinate towards investigations and purchase of Medicines for his treatment at Civil Dispansary, A.P Secretariat , Hyderabd from 28-09-2011 to 27-11-2011 3) The medicines prescribed and purchased, have been scrutinized in terms of G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW (K1) Department, dated 15.3.2005. 4) The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Sectt.Economic Services – 90 – Secretariat –19 – AH DD & F Deptt. – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5) The Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (OP.
