From Kum. M. Pranitha, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, Lr.No.Nil, dt:08.12.2011. 2. From the CTE, A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.No.H1/11091/2010, dt.05.01.2012. **** ORDER: In the reference 1st cited, Kum.M. Pranitha, 2nd year student of SMVM Polytechnic, Tanuku has requested the Government to transfer her from SMVM Polytechnic, Tanuku to SES & SN Murthy Polytechnic, Khammam at 2nd year, on health grounds, as she has been issued Transfer Certificate by SMVM Polytechnic, Tanuku as well as No Objection Certificate from the SES & SN Murthy Polytechnic, Khammam. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Technical Education, furnished his remarks in this regard and stated that as the transfer certificate has already been issued to the candidate and she is not as on rolls, she cannot be treated as a student for transfer from one Polytechnic to another. 3. After careful examination, the Government hereby accord permission to effect transfer of Kum. M. Pranitha, D/o Veera Venkata Subbarayudu, 2nd year, Civil Engineering Branch, from SMVM Polytechnic, Tanuku to SES & SN Murthy Polytechnic, Khammam, on health grounds, as a special case. 4.
