Lalitha W/o Late G. Rami Reddy, Office Subordinate (Retd.), Finance Department has stated that she has incurred an amount of Rs.5,652/- towards her treatment of “CAD” from 28.09.2010 to 23..08.2011 at Care Hospital, Banjarahills, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the total admissible amount of Rs.4,993/- (Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three only) by deducting inadmissible amount Rs.659.30/- from gross admissible amount.. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.4,993/- (Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three only) to G. Lalitha W/o Late G.
