G.O.Rt.No.299, General Administration (Special-D) Department, dated:19.01.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord permission to Sri Y.Madhusudhana Reddy, IFS, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited and Sri I.V.Lakshminath, General Manager (Marketing), Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited to visit International Trade Fair of India Show, Mexico City, Mexico from 22nd to 24th February, 2012 (excluding journey period). It is also stated to accord permission to meet the expenditure from Government of India, Grant-in-aid without any additional burden to Corporation. He has further informed that the India Trade Promotion Organisation has scheduled the “India Trade Show” in Mexico city from 28th February to 2nd March, 2012 in place of 22-24 February, 2012. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, orders have been issued according permission to Sri Y.Madhusudhana Reddy, IFS, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad to visit International Trade Fair of India Show, Mexico City, Mexico from 28th to 2nd March, 2012 (excluding journey period). 3. Government hereby accord permission to Sri I.V.Lakshminath, General Manager (Marketing), Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited to visit International Trade Fair of India Show, Mexico City, Mexico from 28th to 2nd March, 2012 (excluding journey period), along with the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited. 4. The period of absence of the Officer in connection with the above participation, including journey period both days shall be treated as duty during which the Officer will draw the grade pay and allowances, which he would have drawn but for his visit to Mexico City, Mexico. The above officer is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dt:31.8.2000 for drawal of T.A. & D.A., read with Circular Memo No.32876- B/149/A2/2002, dt:6.11.2002. 5. The officers permitted shall submit a report of his visit to General Administration (Special-D) Department and also a copy to Industries & Commerce (Commerce & Export Promotion) Department.
