Rama Chandra Reddy, Deputy Director, State Audit Department has worked on deputation basis in various capacities viz Project Director, DRDA, Municipal Commissioner, Ananthapur w.e.f. 24.04.2006 to December 2009. In the reference 2nd read above, he was posted as Project Officer, RVM(SSA), Ananthapur district for a period of one year w.e.f. 1.1.2010. As such, the total deputation period of 5 years as stipulated in G.O. 1st read above in respect of the said individual was completed by 31.12.2010. 2. He has requested the Government vide reference 5th read above, to extend his deputation period as Project Officer, RVM(SSA), Ananthapur district for a further period, i.e., beyond maximum period of 5 years of deputation. 3. Government, after careful examination of the representation, and keeping in view the activities to be undertaken under SSA & RTE Act in the Districts, and as agreed by the Finance Department, hereby extend the services of Sri N. Rama Chandra Reddy, Deputy Director, State Audit Department as Project Officer, RVM(SSA), Ananthapur district, for one more year, i.e. beyond 5 years w.e.f 1.1.2011 in relaxation of the orders issued in the G.O 3rd read above, as a special case. 4. The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA), A.P., Hyderabad, who is the borrowing authority shall pay Leave Salary and Pension Contribution to the parent department of the above Officer on deputation, as per order issued vide G.O. 4th read above, as Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) is getting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds. 5. The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA), A.P., Hyderabad, and the District Collector & Magistrate, Ananthapur District are requested to take necessary action accordingly. 6.
