Disease (FMD) to be held on 13th, 14th and 15th February, 2012 at NASC complex, New Delhi–

O R D E R:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry in the reference cited,
permission is hereby accorded to Dr. M.V.Reddy, Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad to
attend the Three Day FAO-ICAR International conference on Scientific Developments and Technical
challenges in the Pro9gerssive control of Foot & Mouth Disease (FMD) to be held on 13th, 14th and
15th February, 2012 at NASC complex, New Delhi and also permitted to undertake to and fro journey
by Air under Rule 47 (3) of APTA Rules, if the AP Legislative assembly is not in session.
2. The tour of the Officer to New Delhi including to and fro journey shall be treated as on duty
under F.R. 9(6)(b)(1).
3. The T.A. & D.A. will be met from the same head of account under which the Pay and
Allowances of the individual are drawn normally.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
