Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.12160/C1/2011, dt.27-01-2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that in reference 1st read above, Government have permitted Sri G.Ramachandra Reddy, District Audit Officer, State Audit, Kurnool to travel to United States of America from 25-09-2011 to 13-11-2011 availing Earned Leave for 47 days i.e. from 26-09-2011 to 11-11-2011 with permission to prefix and suffix public holidays on 25-09-2011 and 12-11-2011 and 13-11-2011. 2. Further the Director has stated that Sri G.Ramachandra Reddy, District Audit Officer, State Audit, Kurnool has submitted revised application and stated that he could not avail the permission due to non-receipt of the visa to U.S.A in time. Now he has received VISA and tickets to go to USA. Hence, he has requested for revision of permission to leave the country and sanction of Earned Leave for (60) days for the period from 26-03-2012 to 24-05-2012 with permission to prefix public holiday on 25-03-2012. He is having 285 days of Earned Leave at his credit. 3. In view of the above circumstances reported by the Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord revised permission in supercession of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above to Sri G.Rama Chandra Reddy, District Audit Officer, State Audit, Kurnool to go to United States of America availing Earned Leave for (60) days for the period from 26-03-2012 to 24-05-2012 with permission to prefix public holiday on 25-03-2012. 4. The Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 5.
