From the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.9239/B.II/B.9/2011, dt. 5-1-2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that Dr. N.Sushma, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon worked on deputation at Jersey Cattle Farm, Banavasi under the control of A.P. Livestock Development Agency w.e.f. 9-5-2007 on foreign service terms and conditions and her period of deputation was extended from time to time i.e. upto 4th year vide G.O. 2nd read above. He has further stated that in the reference 3rd read above, the Government have rejected their proposal for extension of the term of deputation of the individual for 5th year in terms of orders issued in G.O. 1st read above. Accordingly, the individual was relieved from the Jersey Cattle Farm, Banavasi under the control of A.P.L.D.A. on the afternoon of 6-8-2011. He has also stated that the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. Livestock Development Agency, Hyderabad has requested for regularization of period beyond 4th year of the individual i.e. from 9-5-2011 to 6-8-2011 for drawal and payment of salary to the individual for the above said period. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter and in continuation of the G.O. 2nd read above, hereby regularize deputation period of Dr. N.Sushma, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon at Jersey Cattle Farm, Banavasi under the control of Andhra Pradesh Livestock Development Agency, Hyderabad beyond 4th year for a period of (89) days only i.e. from 9-5-2011 to 6-8-2011. 3.
