From the Nizam Institute Of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, Lr.No.MRD/GOC/530/2012, Dt:17.02.2012. *** ORDER:- Sanction is accorded for payment of Rs.4,024/- (Rupees Four thousand and twenty four only) to Sri S.Suryanarayana Murthy, Assistant Section Officer, Energy Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment of “Coronary Artery Disease” and medicines purchased during the period from 30.11.2011 to 15.03.2012 at NIMS, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, as out patient treatment. 2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account 3451- Secretariat Economic Services - 090 Secretariat - S.H.11 Energy Department . 010-Salaries, 017 Medical Reimbursement.." 3. The Energy (Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and disburse the same to the individual. 4.
