Accordingly, the Finance (DCM.I) Department have issued Budget release Order vide G.O. 6th read above for an amount of Rs.2067.18 lakhs towards payment of Principal amount on the loans taken from Rural Electrification Corporation Limited., New Delhi due on 15.03.2012 for the year 2011-12. 3. In terms of orders issued in G.O. 6th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.20,67,17,160/-(Rupees Twenty crore sixty seven lakhs seventeen thousand one hundred and sixty only) towards payment of 5th installment of Principal amount on the loans taken from M/s REC Ltd., for Electrification of Villages , Hamlets , Dalit Bastis due on 15.03.2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the head of account “6003.Internal Debt of State Government (charged) - MH.109.Loans from other Institutions - SH.(22).Loans from REC for villages, Hamlets & Dalit Basties - 560. Repayment of Borrowings" (to be Opened) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the Financial Year 2011-12. 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department shall draw and disburse the amount through a cheque obtained in favour of the Director (Finance & Rev.), APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha, Hyderabad, who in turn will remit the amount in favour of "Rural Electrification Corporation Limited" due on 15-03-2012. 6. The Director (Finance & Revenue), APTRANSCO shall submit the Utilization Certificate for the amount sanctioned in para (3) above.
