Read the following:- 1) From the Registrar, RGUKT Lr.No.10300/EC.2/2010, Dt.8.7.2010. 2) From the Registrar, RGUKT Lr.No.RGUKT/SCS/P1/94/ Registrar/2009-3, Dt.25.11.2010. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies has stated that the Institute had been engaging the services of housekeeping personnel and security personnel in its three campuses for normal functioning of the university i.e., to maintain buildings, hostels, campus messes and staff residential quarters etc. These services were pressed into the campuses through the outsourcing agency duly following the prescribed procedure of calling sealed tenders and payment of wages as per the latest instructions issued by the Commissioner of Labour, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 2. The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies has requested to accord permission to make use of the services of security personnel through security services agencies at three campuses @ 100 security guards and (4) Supervisors for security arrangements and (90) House keeping workers, (6) supervisors for House keeping at each centre. 3. The Government after careful examination of the entire matter hereby accord permission to the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies to make use of the services of security personnel through security services agencies at its three campuses located at Basar, Nugvid and R.K. Valley @ 100 security guards and (4) Supervisors for security arrangements and (90) House keeping workers and (6) supervisors for House keeping at each centre, duly following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. 4. The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies shall take necessary further action in the matter. Contd..2.::2:: 5.
