I&C) Dept., dated 31-1-2012. >><< O R D E R: In the references 1st to 6th read above, Government have issued orders according sanction for the expenditure incurred for organizing Partnership Summit,2012 during 11th to 13th January,2012 and mentioning the Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department as Drawing & Disbursement Officer to draw the sanctioned amounts and disburse the same to the concerned. 2. In the reference 7th read above, the Finance (Expr. I&C.) Department has been requested to issue revised Budget Release Order in place of the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above, duly the changing the Drawing Officer as Commissioner of Industries in place of Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department and to draw the amount in AC Bill instead of DV bill. 3 In the reference 8th read above, the Finance (Expr. I&C) Department have issued an amendment to column 10 and column 11 of G.O 2nd read above authorizing the Commissioner of Industries in place of Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department to draw and incur the expenditure on A.C. Bill. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter and in supercession of orders issued in the references 5th to 6th read above hereby issue the following amendment to Para No.6 of the references 3rd and 4th read above in respect of the Drawing & Disbursement Officer. AMENDMENT FOR READ AS The Assistant Secretary to Govt., The Commissioner of Industries, A.P. Industries & Commerce Dept is Hyderabad is authorized to draw and authoroized to draw and disburse the disburse the amount for meeting amount sanctioned at Para(4) above and expenditure of Partnership Summit, pay the same to the Director & 2012. Head,Confederetation of Indian Industry, duly obtaining proper acknowledgement. 5. The Commissioner of Industries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
