Read the following:
1. Order No.P-5/2011 of Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic
Affairs, Government of India, dated.22-11-2011.
2. Representation of Dr. K.S. Uma, I.E.S., Economic Advisor (HAG),
(Special Secretary to Government).

ORDER:
Dr. K.S. Uma, I.E.S., Special Secretary to Government in Finance
Department has informed that consequent to her promotion to the Higher
Administrative Grade vide reference 1st read above, has accepted the proforma
promotion and accordingly for grant of the higher scale of pay of Rs.67,000/-
(Annual Increment at 3%) – Rs.79,000/- w.e.f., 22-11-2011 i.e., the date of
promotion.
2. Accordingly, the pay of the Officer is fixed as shown below;
Pay in the category of Economic Pay in the category of Senior Economic
Advisor in the SAG i.e., in the pay Advisor, Higher Administrative Grade
band of Rs.37,400/- Rs.67,000/- - Grade i.e., in the pay band of Rs.67,000/-
Pay Rs.10,000/- (Annual increment @ 3%) – Rs.79,000/-
Pay as on 21-11-2011 : Rs.64,030/- Pay fixed at Rs,67,000/- + Grade pay of
Grade Pay : Rs.10,000/- Rs.10,000/- in the category of Senior
Economic Advisor, (Higher
Administrative Grade) now working as
Special Secretary to Government w.e.f.,
22-11-2011.
3. Finance (Claims) Department is requested to draw and credit the arrears,
if any, to the Officer’s Bank Account through ECS.
