No.241, Finance (WA-I) Department, dated: 23-01-2012 ORDER: In the letter fifth read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry has reported that an amount of Rs.2000 Lakhs has been provided in Budget Estimates 2011-12 under Normal State Plan for implementation of the scheme of “Infrastructure support to field Veterinary Institutions under RIDF-XIV”. during the Annual Plan 2011-12. The Main objective of the scheme was to provide infrastructure support to field veterinary institutions which are in dilapidated conditions/functioning in rent free/donated buildings. The Government have released 515.00 lakhs towards 1st quarter Budget vide G.O.2nd & 4th read above. The Director of Animal has requested the Government to release Rs.1000 lakhs towards 2nd & 3rd quarter budget from the Budget Estimates provision 2011-12 for completion of the ongoing projects under RIDF-XIV. 2. The Director of Animal Husbandry shall regulate the expenditure strictly with reference to Quarterly Regulations and follow the guidelines of the scheme scrupulously. 4.
