G.O.Rt.No.149, Finance ( Expd.I&C) Dept, dated 16-01-2012. -00- O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has submitted the proposal for re-appropriation of Budget by decrease and increase in certain heads for the year 2011-12 and has requested the Government to issue orders for re-appropriation, so as to enable to meet the expenditure by the Sri Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Exp. I&C) Department have issued Budget Release Order sanctioning an amount of Rs.6.00 Lakhs (Rupees Six lakhs only) under Plan for the year 2011-12 to Sri Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri i.e. Rs.1.50 lakhs (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) towards Materials and Supplies and Rs. 4.50 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty thousand only) towards Other Contract Services by way of re-appropriation. 3. The amount sanctioned above, shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “2851 – Village and Small Industries. 103 – Handloom Industries. SH (11) Normal State Plan. SH (37)- Establishment of SPKM Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri. 210/211 M&S - Rs. 1.50 lakhs 300 - OCS - Rs. 4.50 lakhs ------------------ Total - Rs. 6.00 lakhs ---------------- (Rupees Six lakhs only) 4. The Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount to the concerned. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.I&C) Department, vide their U.O.No.34124/538/Exp.I&C/2012, dated 17-01-2012 and as per Budget Release Order issued vide G.O.Rt.No.149, Finance (Expd.I&C) Department, dated 16-01-2012.
