G.O.Ms.No.304, Finance (TFR) Department, dt: 24-04-2003. 2. DTA Lr.No.D1/5413/2011, dated 10-06-2011 and 28-07-2011. * * * * * ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad, has informed that Smt. Bismillah Begum, holder of PPO No.08C000246, H.No.22-1-369/4, Sultanpura, Hyderabad, went to Saudi Arabia on 13-09-2006 and returned to India on 24-04-2010. She had not drawn pension for the period from 01-03-2007 to 30-11-2010. The DTA has requested to issue administrative sanction to draw the undrawn pension in respect of the said individual to avoid hardship to the pensioner. 2. The Police enquiry report has confirmed that Smt. Bismillah Begum, holder of PPO No.08C000246, H.No.22-1-369/4, Sultanpura, Hyderabad, went to Saudi Arabia on 13-09-2006 and returned to India on 24-04-2010. 3. The Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, while furnishing the statement of un-drawn pension in respect of the Smt. Bismillah Begum, holder of PPO No.08C000246 from 01-03-2007 to 30-11-2010 has requested to accord administrative sanction for admissible amount of Rs.1,56,749/- in terms of S.R. 86(b)/87(a) and 89 (a) under T.R. 16 of A.P. Treasury Code Volume-I read with Article 55 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-I to Smt. Bismillah Begum. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs.1,56,749/- (Rupees one lakh fifty six thousand seven hundred and forty nine rupees) towards undrawn pension arrears for the period from 01-03-2007 to 30-11-2010 in respect of Smt. Bismillah Begum, holder of PPO No.08C000246 in terms of S.R. 86(b)/87(a) and 89 (a) under T.R. 16 of A.P. Treasury Code Volume-I read with Article 55 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-I. 5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
