S.Jangaiah, Hire Car Owner. dt.02-02-2012. * * * * * ORDER:- In terms of the orders issued in the references first to third read above, sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.9,290/- (Rupees Nine thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Only) towards the payment of hire charges of Hire Car No. AP 09 TV 0535 hired by School Education Department (attached to officers and Department) Hyderabad for the period from Jan-16th to 31 Jan-2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 –Secretariat – 18 – Education (SE) Department – 130 – Office Expenses -134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles.” 3. The SE (OP-Claims) Dept are requested to draw the sanctioned amount in para-1 above, and credit to the Bank A/c. of Sri. S.Jangaiah., Hire Car Owner, Hyderabad through ECS. 4.
