Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.230, Ind. & Com. (Tex) Dept, dated 26-04-2011. 2. From the CH&T, Hyderabad, Lr. Rc. No.3887/2009-E1, dated 25-05-2011. *** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders, permitting the Commissioner, Handlooms and Textiles Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to engage the services of one Skilled worker (Electrician) on contract basis with a remuneration of Rs.6,110/- P.M., which was fixed by the Department of Labour as wage to skilled workers, subject to entering into an agreement with an agency, duly following outsourcing guidelines and also meeting the expenditure within the budget provision of Handlooms and Textiles Department. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Handlooms and Textiles Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to revise the remuneration of Electrician in terms of the orders issued by the Government. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, to fix the remuneration of Electrician (skilled worker) at Rs.7,100/- per month ‘with prospective effect’, subject to meeting the expenditure within Budget provision. 4 The Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5 This order issues with concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department, vide their U.O.No.20294/674/A1/SMPC.II/2011, dated 22-09-2011.
