(SC.X) Department, Dt.11.7.2008. 2) From the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.COS/Peshi/01-02/2011/, Dt:14.12.2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, Hyderabad, while enclosing the Essentiality Certificate, Emergency Certificate and detailed medical bills etc., towards OP treatment obtained to his mother and daughter at Government Civil Dispensary(N.G.O’s), Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad, during the period from 7/9/2011 to 16/9/2011 and on 31.08.2011 respectively, for reimbursement of total Medical Expenditure of Rs.5,160/- (Rs.5003/- + Rs.157/-), has requested the Government to accord permission to sanction reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him ie., Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad. 2. Government after careful examination of matter, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.5,160/- (Rupees Five thousand one hundred and Sixty only) as scrutinized by the Medical Officer, Government Civil Dispensary (NGOs), O/o. the Chief Commissioner, Land Administration, Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad and found admissible to Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad towards OP treatment obtained to his mother and daughter at Government, Civil Dispensary (N.G.O’s), Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad. 3. The original medical bills of the individual sent vide reference read above, are herewith returned. 4.
