Dharmaiah, Section Officer, Finance Department has stated that he has incurred an amount of Rs.49,262/- towards his treatment of “DNS/NAR” from 03.10.2011 to 05.10.2011 at Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the total admissible amount of Rs.43,303/- (Rupees Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Three only) after deducting inadmissible amount of Rs.5,959/-. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.43,303/- (Rupees Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Three only) to Sri K. Dharmaiah, Section Officer, Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred his treatment as per G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW Department, dated: 15.03.2005 as recommended the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.
