No. DWA/Hyd/EC1/2011-12/ 415 dated 25.10.2011. 4. G.O. Ms No. 127, Finance (DCM-III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, Sri P. Surendranath Babu, D.A.O (W) Grade II, O/o the Executive Engineer, R.W.S&S Division, Madanapalle represented to the Government that he is presently working in the said Division w.e.f. 9/2009 to till date. His wife is working as Secondary Grade Teacher in Mandal Parishad Upper Primary School, China Kothapalle (V) of Vontimitta Mandal of Kadapa District. His children are studying in Kadapa District. Apart from that, his old aged parents are residing with him and they are under medical treatment due to old age. Hence he requested to transfer him to R.W.S&S Division, Kadapa on mutual basis on spouse grounds duly giving relaxation to native district. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri B. Mohan Reddy, D.A.O (W) Grade II, O/o the Executive Engineer, R.W.S&S Division, Kadapa represented to the Government that he is working in the said Division from 09.07.2010 to till date. It is stated that his wife is working as Government Junior Lecturer in Botany at Government Junior College, Piler of Chittoor District and residing at Piler along with his two children aged three and eight years. Apart from this, his old aged mother is residing with him and she is taking treatment at Bangalore. Due to this he is not able to look after his mother’s ill health as well as the studies of his children. Hence he requested to transfer him to R.W.S&S Division, Madanapalle on mutual basis on spouse grounds. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad stated that Sri P. Surendranath Babu was appointed by transfer as D.A.O (W) Grade II, during 9/2009 and since then working In R.W.S&S Division, Madanapalle and he is native of Kadapa District. Sri B. Mohan Reddy was appointed by transfer as D.A.O (W) Grade II during 7/2010 and since then working in R.W&S Division, Kadapa and he is native of Chittoor District. Both the individuals are seeking transfer to their native districts. As per the instructions of the Government, DAOs (W) cannot be posted to their native Districts. 4. Government after careful examination of the request of both the individuals, hereby transfer them mutually, and post Sri P. Surendranath Babu, D.A.O (W) Grade II, O/o the Executive Engineer, R.W.S&S Division, Madanapalle to the R.W.S&S Division, Kadapa and Sri B. Mohan Reddy, D.A.O (W) Grade II, O/o the Executive Engineer, (Contd….2)2 R.W.S&S Division, Kadapa to the R.W&S Division, Madanapalle on spouse grounds, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, General Administration (Services. A) Department, dated: 21- 02-1990, to post a Gazetted Officer in his native District. 5. The individuals are not entitled to any Transfer T.A. and joining time, since the transfer is on their request. 6. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to take further action in this matter and intimate the date of joining of the individuals in the new place of posting.
