Padmavathi, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Gr.II, AVRHNSS Division No-3, Kurnool in her representation 1st read above, requested for her transfer to P.H. Division, Anantapur, on humanitarian grounds as her native place is Anantapur and her children are studying at Anantapur. Her old aged mother who is dependent on her, lives with her children at Anantapur. She therefore requested to transfer to P.H. Division, Anantapur on humanitarian grounds. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above stated that Smt P. Padmavathi was appointed by transfer as Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II during 7/2010 and posted to AVR HNSS Division No.3, Kurnool. This is her first posting. She is native of Anantapur District. At present the post of DAO (W), P.H. Division, Anantapur is vacant and it is a Gr.II Division. As per the instructions of the Government, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) cannot be posted to their native districts. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Smt P. Padmavathi, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Gr.II, AVRHNSS Division No-3, Kurnool to P.H. Division, Anantapur, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, General Administration (Services. A) Department, dated: 21-02-1990, to post a Gazetted Officer in his native District, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
