Letter No.19297/EC.2/2011-01, Dated:13.02.2012. 4) Representation of Ms. R.Swathi, B.Pharmacy 4th year, II Semester, Student, dt.Ni. *** O R D E R: The Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has submitted a proposal for transfer of (17) students (including Ms. R.Swathi, B.Pharmacy, 4th year, II Semester) from one Professional Institutions to another during the academic year 2011-12. 2. The above issue has been examined and observed that there is no justification for transfer of students during the middle of the academic year from one Professional Institute to another in relaxation of guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.122, HE (EC) Dept., Dt.1.9.2005 and the proposal is rejected vide reference 3rd read above. 3. In the reference 4th read above, Ms. R.Swathi has submitted a representation stating that she has left with only one final year Semester (4th year 1st semester). She fell sick badly due to food and environment at her new hostel and got hospitalized for a month and consequently she was facing frequent health problems and hence requested to transfer her from Vijaya College of Pharmacy, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad to Deevena College of Pharmacy, Chivemla (V&M), Suryapet, Nalognda District on medical grounds during the academic year 2011-12 at 4th year II Semester level. 4. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, in relaxation of condition in para.4 (7) of the G.O 1st read above hereby accord permission for transfer of Ms. R.Swathi, B.Pharmacy, 4th year, II Semester from Vijaya College of Pharmacy, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad to Deevena College of Pharmacy, Chivemla (V&M), Suryapet, Nalognda District on medical grunds during the academic year 2011-12, subject to fulfillment of academic regulations and minimum attendance required.
