Ms No. 127, Finance (DCM-III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. *** O R D E R: Sri Sk.Ahamad Basha, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II, R&B Division, Paderu, Visakhapatnam District 1st read above, requested the Government to transfer him to Nellore District in any one of the existing vacancies on humanitarian grounds. It is also stated that his children aged twelve and eleven years and his wife are fallen sick due to agency atmosphere, and he is also suffering from severe ill health due to water and tribal atmosphere. His entire family is fallen sick due to ill health. Hence, requested to transfer him to Nellore District in any one of the existing vacancies. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above stated that Sri Sk.Ahamad Basha was appointed by transfer as Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II during 05/2011 and joined on 06.06.2011. This is his first posting. It is also stated that the post of DAO (W) in TGP Division No-1, Nellore is vacant and it is a Grade- II Division. He is native of Nellore District. As per existing Government Orders, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II cannot be posted to their native districts. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri Sk.Ahamad Basha, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II, R&B Division, Paderu, Visakhapatnam District to TGP Division No-1, Nellore, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, General Administration (Services. A) Department, dated: 21-02-1990, to post a Gazetted Officer to his native District, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
