INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE (SUGAR) DEARTMENT G. O. Rt. No. 67, Dated:06-02-2012. Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.162, Industries & Commerce (Sugar) Dept., Dt.15.03.2011. 2. From the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.3120/2000 /G2, Dt.5.5.2011. *** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued, extending the term of the Person-in-Charge of Nandyal Co-operative Sugars Limited, Nandyal, Kurnool District for a period of six months from 22-3-2010. 2. The Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, in the reference 2nd read above, has requested to extend the term of Person-in-Charge of Nandyal Cooperative Sugars Limited Nandyal, Kurnool District for a further period of (12 months in two spells) ie., from 22.9.2010 to 21.3.2011 and further period of six months from 22.3.2011 or till the Government take a decision to liquidate the society, whichever is earlier, as the continuation of Person-in-Charge is essential as certain works are yet to be settled by the factory, such as settlement of legal issues, finalization of audit for the year 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 & 2008-2009 etc. 3. And whereas, the Person-in-Charge appointed under clause (a) of sub- section (7) of Section 32 of the AP Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 in respect of Nandyal Co-operative Sugars Limited, Nandyal has to be continued beyond the aggregate period of 5 years prescribed under clause (a) of subsection (7) of Section 32 of the said Act. 4. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964), hereby extend the term of the District Collector, Kurnool as Person-in- Charge of Nandyal Co-operative Sugars Limited, Nandyal, for a further period of (12 months in two spells) ie., from 22.9.2010 to 21.3.2011 and further period of six months from 22.3.2011 or till the Government take a decision to liquidate the society, whichever occurs earlier.
