ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing
Corporation Limited, among other things, requested the Government to sanction an
amount of Rs.138,57,89,000/- (Rupees One hundred thirty eight Crore fifty seven
Lakh and eighty nine Thousand Only) as 2nd installment of State subsidy under IAY
programme for the year 2011-12 to 22 Districts in the State. In the reference 2nd read
above, the Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing Programme has also requested to
release the said amount. The Housing Department has supported the said proposal and
referred the matter to Finance (Expr.Hsg) Department with a request to issue Budget
Release Order for the said amount. Accordingly, Finance (Expr.Hsg) Department
issued B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.138,57,89,000/- (Rupees One hundred thirty eight
Crore fifty seven Lakh and eighty nine Thousand Only) towards State Share under
IAY programme from the B.E. provision 2011-12 under the head of accounts
mentioned therein, vide G.O. 3rd read above.
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, Government
hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.138,57,89,000/- (Rupees
One hundred thirty eight Crore fifty seven Lakh and eighty nine Thousand Only)
towards State share under IAY programme from the B.E. Provision 2011 - 12 under
the plan Scheme of IAY.
3. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above, shall be debited to the following
head of account:

4. The procedure for drawl of funds sanctioned in para (2) and as detailed in
para (3) above, shall be Grant in aid Bill (GIA) by way of adjustment to P.D. Account
No.G.A.27 (249) of Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited.,
Hyderabad. The JAO., O/o Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing Programme shall
be the Drawing Officer.
5. The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited /
Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing Programme shall take necessary further
action in the matter accordingly.
