O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 400/-
(Rupees four hundred only) towards the monthly telephone charges on
Phone No.040-23450169 being used at the residence of Deputy Secretary to
Government (YS&S), Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department,
for the month of November,2011 to December, 2011.The amount has been
paid by the Officer.
2. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:-
“2251-Secretariat Social Services - MH090-Secretariat – SH.(14)-
Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department - 130-Office
Expenses - 131-Utility Payments”.
3. The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing and Disbursing
Officer, Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (OP.Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above and obtain the cheque in
favour of M/s. A.O. BSNL, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar Bazar, Hyderabad,
CBCA01000076, IFCN No. Corpo 000043.
4 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per orders in force.
