From the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad Lr. Rc.No.153/D2-4/2012, Dated 19.01.2012. --o0o-- O R D E R: In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to Smt. Humera Fatima Farooqui, SGT, GPS Kumarwadi, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad to leave the country and to take up employment in U.A.E duly sanctioning EOL on loss of pay from the date of her relief from duty for a period of 4 years 11 months, without counting the said leave period for the purpose of service benefits and subject to fulfillment of the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.214, Finance & Planning (FP.FR.I) Department, dated 03.09.1996 and further amendments issued thereon from time to time. The individual shall report back to duty after completion of leave period, failing which disciplinary action will be initiated against her, as per CCA Rules, without any notice. The said permission will be only for single stretch. The necessary entries shall be recorded in the Service Register of the individual. 2. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly.
