In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has stated that the post of DAO (W) in Irrigation, Khammam is vacant at present and it is a Grade I Division. He is native of Khammam District. Previously the individual worked in AMRSLBC Division No. 5, Nalgonda from 2/2006 to 3/2008 and NSC Monitoring Division, Tekulapalli from 4/2008 to till date. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri V. Lourdu Reddy, DAO (W) Gr.II, NSC Monitoring Division, Tekulapalli to Irrigation Division, Khammam, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and instructions issued in Government Memo No. 15036- I/144/WA.II/2005, dated 16.06.2005 in posting a DAO (W) Grade II to a Grade I Division, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4.
