O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 13,517/-
(Rupees Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred and Seventeen Only) to A.P. State Civil
Supplies Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad towards the cost of Petrol and lubricants
supplied to the Govt. Vehicle of Housing Department bearing No. AP 09 BX 4545
for the months of February, 2012. The bill is with in the ceiling limit.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of
account “2251 Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – (12) Department of
Housing – 240 Petrol, Oil and Lubricants”.
3. The Housing (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the
amount sanctioned in para (1) above, to the District Manager, A.P. State Civil
Supplies Corporation ltd., Hyderabad through bank A/c.No. 52088415021, State
Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad.IFSC CODE: SBHY 0020077,
MICR CODE: 500004056
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
rules in force.
