O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Sri V.Pochaiah, Assistant Secretary to Government was
permitted to proceed to New Delhi from 15.1.2012 to 17.01.2012 to file counter affidavit in SLP
© No.23415 of 2011 before the Supreme Court of India.
2. By over phone on 14.01.2012, the Advocate on Record has informed that he will seek
time from Supreme Court of India for filling counter. Due to this Sri V.Pochaiah, Assistant
Secretary to Government has not proceeded to New Delhi.
3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Advocate on Record for Govt. of A.P., Supreme
Court of India , New Delhi informed that the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.23415 of 2011 is
coming up for hearing before the Supreme Court of India on 13.02.2012 and requested the
Government to depute the concerned officer.
4. The Government under Rule 47 of A.P.T.A. Rules, hereby accord permission to Sri
V.Pochaiah, Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department to
proceed to New Delhi on 09.02.2012 to hand over the fair counter affidavit in SLP© No.23415 of
2011 to the O/o Advoate-on-Record and return back from New Delhi on or before 13.02.2012
and also to perform the to and fro journey by Air, as a special case, in view of urgency.
5. The absence of the above officer during his visit to New Delhi including to and fro
journey period shall be treated as on duty. The officer is eligible to draw T.A. and D.A. as per
rules in force.
6. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Industries &
Commerce (OP.II) Department shall draw T.A. and D.A. and arrange to pay to Sri V.Pochaiah,
Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department.
