Read the following:-

MD/ Tech/AE.9/VJA/Veeravalli/562, dated: 06.05.2010.
2) Govt., Letter No.14057/MI.A2/2010- 4, dated: 17.09.2011.
3) From VC & MD, APSIDC Ltd., Hyderabad, Letter No. IDC/
MD/ Tech/AE.9/VJA/Veeravalli/2611, dated: 26.09.2011.
O R D E R:-
In the reference 1st read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing
Director, A.P.State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, A.P.,
Hyderabad while submitted detailed proposal with latest rates of cement
and steel, he has requested the Government to accord administrative
sanction for Construction & Commissioning of Veeravalli L.I. Scheme
on Eluru Canal in Bapulapadu Mandal of Krishna District with an
estimated cost of Rs.42.00 lakhs under Normal State Plan funds allotted to
A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited.
2) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord
administrative approval to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.
State Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for an amount
of Rs. 39.07 lakhs (Rupees Thirty Nine lakhs and seven thousands only)
under the Normal State Plan funds allotted to A.P. State Irrigation
Development Corporation for Construction & Commissioning of
Veeravalli L.I. Scheme on Eluru Canal in Bapulapadu Mandal of
Krishna District duly restricting the provision made for “Survey &
Investigation” for an amount of Rs.37,177/- as per G.O.Ms.No.205,
I&CAD (MI.IV) Department, dated:03.12.2008, and deleting the
provisions made for “Audit Charges”, “Operation & Maintenance
charges”, “Evaluation & Monitoring charges” and “Unforeseen items”.
3) The expenditure sanction in para (2) above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “4702-MH-(101)-GH (11)-SH (15) Lift Irrigation works
530/531 Other Expenditure”

4) The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. State Irrigation
Development Corporation Ltd., shall take necessary action in the matter.

5) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW)
Department, vide their U.O. Note 21334/662/Expr.PW/A1/2011, dated:
30.08.2011.
