From the VC&MD, APHDC, Hyderabad, Lr.No.HDC/SECL/2004-12, dt:23.1.2012. *** O R D E R :- In the reference 1st & 2nd read above, orders were issued re- constituting the Board of Director of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited under Article 66 read with Article 67 of the Articles of Association of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited nominating Sri Y.Ramakrishna, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department and Sri A.Dayakar Reddy, Deputy Secretary to Government, as the Director on the said Board of Directors among other. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government in Finance Department have nominated Sri S.Maheswar Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department as a member on the Board of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited among others Autonomous Bodies/ Institutions/Corporations. Consequent on transfers of certain Secretaries and promotion/retirement of certain officers in Finance Department. 3. In the reference 4th cited, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited has requested the Government to nominate any other official as a Director on the Board of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited in place of Sri A.Dayakar Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department who was transferred to Planning Department. Further, he has also requested that the appointment of Sri S.Maheswar Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department as Director on Board of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited may also be confirmed. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby nominates Sri V.Saida, Deputy Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department and Sri S.Maheswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department as Directors on the Board of Directors of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, under Article 66 read with Article 67 of Articles of Association of Andhra Pradesh P.T.O.:: 2 :: Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited in place of Sri A.Dayakar Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department and now in Planning Department (transferred) and Sri Y.Ramakrishna, Additional Secretary to Government, Finance Department respectively. 5.
