O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.190/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety
Only) to Sri M.Jaya Prasad, Deputy Secretary to Government, Housing Department,
A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad towards the cost of Newspapers supplied to his residence by
S.Venkat Rao, Newspaper Agencies, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and the amount has been
paid by the Officer for the month of February,2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to the head of
account “2251 Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – (12) Department of Housing
– 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Housing (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the above
amount to Sri M.Jaya Prasad, Deputy Secretary to Government, Housing Department
through bank A/c.No. ABG 110310025600639, Andhra Bank, Secretariat Branch, Hyd.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules
in force.
