(II) Department, dated 30-07-2010 *** O R D E R:- In the reference first read above, orders were issued among others, appointing the Assistant Director (H&T), Ongole as liquidator to 1) Chirala Cooperative Spinning Mills, Chirala and (2) Chilakaluripeta Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Edlapadu. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued for restoring the Office of the Regional Deputy Director (H&T) Ongole, by way of redeployment of the post of Deputy Director (H&T) / Park Administrator, Apparel Export Parks, Visakapatnam and Park Administrator, Apparel Export Parks, Gundlapochampally along with subordinate staff members by way of redeployment of the staff from the Directorate of Handlooms and Textiles and Circle Offices within their respective zones strictly adhering to the Government orders under SPF. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and Apperal Export Parks, Hyderabad. has stated that Sri N. Rama Krishna Reddy, Deputy Director (H&T) / Park Administrator, Gundlapochampally is redeployed as Regional Deputy Director (H&T) Ongole. Further as per the Government orders under SPF, Zone-III i.e. Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore districts come under the jurisdiction of Regional Deputy Director (H&T) Ongole, and he has requested the Government to appoint the Regional Deputy Director (H&T) Ongole as Liquidator to the following Coop. Spinning Mills, since the present Assistant Director (H&T) Ongole / Liquidator is under suspension and facing criminal proceedings:- 1.Chirala Cooperative Spinning Mills, Chirala. 2.Chilakaluripeta Cotton Growers Cooperative Spinning Mills, Edlapadu. 4. After careful examination, Government hereby appoint the Regional Deputy Director (H&T), Ongole as Liquidator, of the Chirala Co-operative Spinning Mills, Chirala and (2) Chilakaluripeta Cotton Growers Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Edlapadu, subject to terms laid down in the reference 4th read above. 5. The Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
