G.O.Rt.No.327 Finance (Expr.SE) Deptt., dt. 1-2-2012. ***** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, administrative sanction orders were issued for an amount of Rs.1,94,52,000/- (Rupees One Crore ninety four lakh and fifty two thousand only) to the Director, SCERT, A.P., Hyderabad from the B.E. 2010-2011 in relaxation of treasury control order in the financial year 2010-2011 towards the schemes mentioned in the Budget Release Order. The said amount could not be drawn and utilized during the Financial Year 2010-11 as reported vide reference 2nd read above. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad has furnished necessary Re-appropriation proposal for Rs.194.52 lakhs from the Head of Account “ 2202-.2-109-11- SH(04)-130/132” to the Head of Account “2202-80-003-11-04-500/503” for Development of Curriculum and Text Books and requested the Government to issue necessary orders for re-appropriation of Rs.194.52 lakhs (Rupees One Crore Ninety Four lakhs and Fifty Two Thousand Only) and arrange for Budget Release Orders and issue Administrative Sanction permitting the Director, SCERT to draw the amount on AC bill. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department vide reference 3rd read above hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,94,52,000/- (Rupees One Crore ninety four lakh and fifty two thousand only) to the Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad from the B.E. 2011-2012 towards the scheme of State Council of Educational Research and Training under the Head of Account mentioned at para 3 above. 5. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad is, requested to take necessary action accordingly. 6 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as they have issued Budget Release Order vide G.O. 3rd read above.
