Procs.No.1986/APSTEP/A/2011, dt.28.12.2011 of CYS& MD., APSTEP, Secunderabad. 4. Representation of Sri A. Subbaraju, CEO, Visakhapatnam Dt.30.12.2011. *** ORDER: 1. In the reference 1st read above, orders have been issued placing the services of Sri A. Subbaraju, Deputy Collector, at the disposal of YAT&C Department, for further posting on deputation for a period of one year in terms of foreign services conditions issued in the G.O.(P) No.10, Finance (F.R.II) Department, dated 22.1.1993. 2. Accordingly, Government have issued orders in the reference 2nd read above, appointing Sri A. Subbaraju, Deputy Collector, as CEO, Visakhapatnam District in the existing vacancy on deputation basis. In turn, the Commissioner of Youth Services & Managing Director, APSTEP have issued proceedings in the reference 3rd read above. 3. In the reference 4th read above, the said officer has requested the government to treat the period from 01.12.2011 to 29.12.2011, as compulsory wait, as he has assumed the charge on 30.12.2011 F.N. as CEO, Visakhapantnam on deputation. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order to treat the period from 1.12.2011 to 29.12.2011 in respect of Sri A.Subbaraju, CEO, Visakhapatnam as compulsory wait under Rule 9(6)(b) of Fundamental Rules. 5. The Commissioner of Youth Services & Managing Director., APSTEP, Secunderabad /District Collector, Visakhapatnam shall take necessary action accordingly.
