ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Collegiate
Education, A.P., Hyderabad in her letter 1st read above, Government after
careful examination of the matter, hereby order to affect the transfer of
Sri K.Venkata Krishna, Lecturer in Chemistry from Government Degree
College, Kondanagula, Mahabubnagar District to Nagarjuna Government
Degree College, Nalgonda on humanitarian grounds in the clear vacancy, in
relaxation of the ban orders on transfers issued in the G.O. 2nd read above.
2. The individual is not eligible for T.T.A. & D.A. etc and joining time, as the
transfer is ordered at his request.
3. The Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further
action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-III) Department
vide their U.O.No.35117/1198/A1/DCM-III//2011, dated:16.01.2012.
