G.O.Rt.No.380, Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department, Dated:04-02-2012. * * * ORDER In the circumstances reported in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction, for release of an amount of Rs.2 Crores 97 Lakhs (Rupees Two crores 97 Lakhs (Rupees Two crores ninety seven lakhs only) to Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh towards Salaries for the 4th quarter under plan during the financial year 2011-12. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2204 – Sports and Youth Services MH – 104 – Sports and Games, GH-11-NSP, SH (04) – Assistance to Sports Authority 310/311 – Grants-in-Aid towards Salaries 3. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para-1 above to the PD Account No.41 of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh. 4. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh is requested to incur the expenditure for the purpose for which it is sanctioned and furnish the Utilization Certificate for the sanctioned amount in due course. 5.
