FINANCE(ADMN.II)DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 732 Dt: 02-03-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.214 Fin.&Plg.(FW.FR.I)Dept., dt.03-09-1996. 2. Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.575/D-2/2012, dt.27-02-2012. *** In the reference 2nd read above the Director of State Audit in his letter has stated that Sri Md.Azam Ali, Senior Auditor, O/o the DAO, SA, Mahaboobnagar in his leave application requested to sanction of E.O.L for 5 years from 01-02-2012 to 31-01-2017 and requested permission to go abroad i.e. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for employment in Alshaya International Trading Company Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 2. Further the Director has stated that the applicant has joined in the State Audit Department on 05-01-1994. There are no Draft Audit Reports are pending submission. No disciplinary proceedings, No A.C.B. / Vigilance cases are initiated against the individual. No dues are pending recovery against the individual. However he has stated that the individual did not obtain specific permission before he applied for the employment abroad. There are no categories specified as scarce categories in State Audit Department. 3. In this connection, the Director has requested the Government to accord permission to the individual to go abroad i.e. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 01-02-2012 to 31-12-2016 (since the period of employment abroad shall not exceed 5 years) in terms of the Government instructions of G.O.Ms.No.214, Fin.&Plg.(FW.FR.I)Dept., dt.03-9-1996. 4. In view of the above circumstances reported by the Director and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to the individual to go abroad i.e. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 01-02-2012 to 31-12-2016 (since the period of employment abroad shall not exceed 5 years) in terms Government instructions of G.O.Ms.No.214, Fin.&Plg. (Fin. Wing. FR-I), dt.03-09-1996. 5. The Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6.
