Pardha Saradhi Deputy Director of State Audit was promoted as Director of State Audit, he assumed the charge w.e.f. 01-07-2010 FN and his pay was fixed in the category of Director of State Audit vide G.O.Rt.No. 3687 Finance (Admn.II) Department, dated 12-08-2010 at Rs. 49,360/- + Rs.30/- FPI + Rs.1,200/- p.p. in the time scale of Rs. 34050 – 54360 w.e.f. 01-07-2010. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the individual has been sanctioned Special Grade scale in the category of Deputy Director w.e.f. 12-01-2009 as per G.O.Ms.No. 93 Finance ( PC-II) Department, dated 03-04-2010, 3. In this connection the Director of State Audit, in the reference 5th read above, has stated that the Pay of Sri M. Government after careful examination of the proposal and as per the modified Automatic Advancement Scheme vide G.O.Ms.No. 93 Finance (PC-II) Department, dated 03-04-2010, the above officer has been sanctioned Special Grade Scale in the category of Deputy Director in the reference 4th read above, and his pay as fixed at Rs.. 46,960/- + Rs.30/- FPI w.e.f. 12-01-2009, the monetary benefit on appointment to the Automatic Advancement Scheme scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010, shall accrue from 01-02-2010. The arrears of salary as a result of appointment to A.A. Scheme scales for the month of February, 2010 shall be credited to the General Provident Fund Account and the amounts will be paid in cash from the month of March, 2010. Subsequently he has been promoted as Director of State Audit w.e.f. 01-07-2010 vide reference 2nd read above, and his pay fixed at Rs. 50,560/- + Rs.30 F.P.I, under F.R. 22(a)(i) w.e.f. 01-07-2010 and re-fixed under F.R. 22-B at Rs. 53,060/- + Rs. 30/- F.P.I. w.e.f., 01-02-2011 (i.e., date of normal increment in the lower category) in the time scale of Rs. 34050 – 54360. (RPS-2010). 5, Sri M. Pardha Saradhi, Director of State Audit, is informed that if any excess payment made on account of erroneous pay fixation, it is liable to be recovered from his pay and allowances in one lump sum, without any notice. 6.
