NIMS, Hyderabad.

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd cited Smt A. Varalakshmi, Office Subordinate (Retd.),
Finance Department has stated that she has incurred expenditure of Rs.9,231/-
for her daughter’s (K. Ramaseetha) treatment of “Epilepsy” from 09.07.2011
to 14.12.2011 at NIMS, Hyderabad.
2. The Director for NIMS, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to
sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.9,231/-(Rupees Nine Thousand Two
Hundred and Thirty One only).
3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of
Rs.9,231/-(Rupees Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty One only) to Smt
A. Varalakshmi, Office Subordinate (Retd.), Finance Department towards the
expenditure incurred for her daughter’s treatment as per G.O. Ms. No.74,
HM&FW Department, dt.15-03-2005.
4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “2052. Secretariat
General Services – 090. Secretariat – S.H. (06) Finance Department –010.
Salaries – 17. Medical Reimbursement”.
5. Finance (Claims) Department are requested to Credit the amount of
individual Bank Account through ECS in A/c No.520884 29849, IFSC Code:
SBHY0020077, SBH, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad.
