ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the Budget
Release Order for an amount of Rs.94,86,86,280/- (Rupees Ninety Four Crores
Eighty Six Lakhs Eighty Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty only) is hereby
released to the Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of
Treasury Control Orders by obtaining the Supplementary Grants at appropriate
time during the year 2011-12 towards State Share of upfront premium subsidy for
WBCIS and MNAIS being implemented during Kharif 2011 season under the
following Head of Account:
