No.130, Revenue (Ser.I) Department, dt.19.01.2012. 4. Representation of Sri Sk. Ismail, CEO, Guntur Dt.19.11.2011. ORDER: 1. In the reference 1st read above, orders have been issued placing the services of Sri Sk. Ismail, Deputy Collector, at the disposal of YAT&C Department, for further posting on deputation for a period of one year in terms of foreign services conditions issued in the G.O.(P) No.10, Finance (F.R.II) Department, dated 22.1.1993. 2. Accordingly, Government have issued orders in the reference 2nd read above, appointing Sri Sk. Ismail, Deputy Collector, as CEO, Guntur District in the existing vacancy on deputation basis. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, Government in Revenue (Ser.I) Department have issued orders treating the period from 04.09.11 to 06.09.11 as joining time and the period from 07.09.2011 to 27.10.2011, as compulsory wait in respect of Sri Sk. Ismail, Deputy Collector, presently working as CEO, Guntur under Rule 9(6)(b) of Fundamental Rules. 4. In the reference 4th read above, the said officer has requested the government to treat the remaining period from 28.10.2011 to 1.11.2011, as compulsory wait, since he has assumed charge on 02.11.2011 F.N. as CEO, Guntur on deputation basis. 5. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order to treat the period from 28.10.2011 to 1.11.2011 in respect of Sri Sk. Ismail, CEO, Guntur as compulsory wait under Rule 9(6)(b) of Fundamental Rules. 6. The Commissioner of Youth Services & Managing Director., APSTEP, Secunderabad /District Collector, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
